She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.

Testimony of the daughter of the late Ra’is ‘Ali Zari‘ [the farmer], wife of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn, regarding her father's properties, including his house, house furnishings, and at least two thousand tumans, that the other inheritors have kept because she was underage at the time of her father's death.
